Make-up

Now there are a ton of different ways to approach Steampunk make-up. One that is a bit more playful and is great for male and female steampunkers alike is the Blast Pattern or Soot look.

One way to achieve a blast pattern:
1. Put on goggles.
2. Use black or charcoal colored eyeshadow to draw around them (using a brush would be easiest and less messy).
3. Place goggles on head.
4. Shade nose, forehead, cheeks etc. in a "blast pattern" or "soot" radiating out from goggles outline.
5. Tell everyone, "remember, tighten the gaskets before removing the lugnuts."
